Returns & Exchanges

Ksubi offers returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
